Rechasim is growing fast, and the new HaParsa neighbourhood will significantly expand the town. Eshel HaYarden is planning a residential and retail scheme on HaParsa hill.
The project includes 278 open-market and target-price homes in 13 buildings, with around 1,000 sq m of neighbourhood retail. The buildings are terraced, 6 to 10 storeys high, with private gardens and wide balconies that can take a sukkah.
Apartments range from 3 to 7 rooms, including garden apartments and penthouses, with panoramic views of Mount Carmel. The neighbourhood will have its own entrance from Route 762, a few minutes from Route 6.
