The company's flagship in Haifa: 786 homes across four plots, boutique buildings alongside towers.
A premium joint venture between Eshel HaYarden and the Megido Group, on one of the most distinctive sites in the country: above the private beach on the Sea of Galilee, with panoramic views across the lake.
Designed by the architecture studio of Prof. Gabi Schwartz, the project is planned to include around 250 low-rise homes in the new Mul Arbel neighbourhood, above the shoreline and Mount Arbel cliff, at the northern entrance to Tiberias above Route 438.
The neighbourhood extends over 195 dunams of green parkland, with public buildings and retail planned for residents, and its own access road from Route 438.
