Between Rabin Park and Tlalim Park
Built together with Traklin at the entrance to Karmiel, close to the city's main roads. The neighbourhood, in Ramat Rabin, borders two parks: Rabin Park and Tlalim Park.
It consists of two compounds, Sahlav and Narkis, each with five buildings of 4 to 9 storeys, designed by architect Gabi Schwartz. The project was completed in 2022.
