Built with Geshem in the new Rassco neighbourhood, between the sea and Route 4, the project combines three boutique buildings and three towers, 292 homes in all, with views of the sea and a large new park. A promenade with cycle paths is a short walk away.
The project was designed by architect Ilan Pivko. The neighbourhood is about five minutes' drive from Nahariya railway station.
